🎥 On YouTube, I shared what not to do to your vulva—and how to keep things healthy, moisturized, and pain-free.

🧠 I broke down all the main surgical options for BPH—so you can finally make sense of your choices.

MEN’S YOUROLOGY

Can a ring really tell you if your erections are normal?

Researchers in this study have developed a new way to monitor erections—without the bulk and awkwardness of traditional devices. The WARM system (Wearable Adaptive Rigidity Monitoring) tracks both the firmness and size of nighttime erections—all without interfering with the process itself. Traditional tools are bulky, uncomfortable, and often disrupt sleep and natural arousal. But this new elastic, Bluetooth-connected sensor quietly monitors erections while you sleep, giving researchers and doctors more reliable data to assess erectile function.

So if you’re struggling with erection issues, figuring out why is the hardest part. This tool might finally offer a more accurate, stress-free way to get the answers—no hospital stay or awkward wires required. Also, check out our sponsor at the end of the newsletter to learn more about a wearable option that could help.

WOMEN’S YOUROLOGY

We often talk about stress urinary incontinence (SUI) as just a physical condition—but what about the toll it takes on day-to-day life? In this study involving over 260 Malaysian women, researchers used both condition-specific and general quality-of-life questionnaires to compare women with and without SUI. Unsurprisingly, those with SUI reported significantly worse overall well-being—but what stood out most were two specific areas: physical activity and work. Nearly half said SUI affected them “moderately” or “a lot” in those areas. Even more concerning? Women with SUI were more likely to report anxiety, depression, and pain.

SUI isn’t just a leak—it’s a quality-of-life issue. And if we’re only treating the symptoms without addressing the impact, we’re missing the bigger picture. Learn more about treatment for SUI and watch this video to better understand your options.

This week, someone asked me, “I'm 25 years old living with 8 years of premature ej*culation when it comes to penetration or feel the hot of the p*ssy I can't last over 1.5 or 2 minutes, I have upper body fat like my belly and chest so do these fats causes or there other things causes my PE.?”. Premature ejaculation is incredibly common, and while having excess upper body fat doesn’t directly cause it, it can play a role by affecting hormones, confidence, or overall health, which can indirectly influence sexual performance. What you’re describing—lasting 1.5 to 2 minutes—is actually a common concern, and it can be caused by a combination of psychological factors like anxiety, heightened sensitivity, or even learned patterns from early sexual experiences. The good news is, there are real strategies that help, like pelvic floor exercises, behavioral techniques, or topical treatments. If it’s affecting your confidence or relationships, don’t hesitate to see a urologist who specializes in sexual medicine. There’s absolutely help for this, and it can get better with the right approach. You can also watch this video to better understand premature ejaculation and how it can be treated.

I love hearing from you, so if there’s a question you’ve been wanting to ask, just let me know. Who knows? Your question might be the one I dive into next!

HIGHLIGHTS FROM MY CHANNEL

I had a really important conversation about the top 10 things you should never do to your vagina (or more accurately, your vulva!), and why it's so essential to pay attention to this part of your health. Quote: "The only things you want to put in a vagina are a toy that is well lubricated, a penis that is well lubricated, or a medication that's given to you by your doctor."

Here are some quick takeaways:

  • Don’t stick DIY or homemade things (like garlic or yogurt) up there—your vagina is a self-cleaning organ.

  • Use lubricant and moisturizer—especially if things feel dry or sex is uncomfortable.

  • Don’t ignore symptoms like pain, burning, or itching—get it checked out by a doctor!

You deserve to feel good, comfortable, and confident, so take care of yourself—you are absolutely worth it! Check out the full episode to hear more tips that keep you healthy and happy.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM MY PODCAST

Today, I broke down all the main surgical options out there for treating an enlarged prostate (BPH) to help you figure out which one could be right for you—without the confusion! I shared “There are so many options and so many great options for you. But really deciding what is the best option for you is so important for you and your doctor to come with together.”

Here are some quick takeaways

  • There are minimally invasive and more traditional surgeries—some with faster recovery, some with longer-lasting results.

  • Think about what matters most: prostate size, recovery time, side effects (like retrograde ejaculation), and even your lifestyle.

  • Always talk to your doctor about what’s most important for you and make sure they’re experienced with your chosen procedure.

If you’re struggling with urinary symptoms from BPH, you do not have to keep suffering—there’s a solution out there for you. So listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or here and see why people are commenting, “This was a terrific overview of the options for prostates. Thank you so much!!”.
